Refund policy
Returns and exchanges are easy. Your satisfaction is Forest’s number one priority.
Feel free to email our customer support team info@redthermo.com and tell us the reason for a return or replacement.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or receive incorrect items, you may return it within 30 days upon receipt of the product. Returns outside of our 30 days will not be accepted.
Return and exchange conditions
Your item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received and in its original packaging.
Return and exchange process
Contact our customer service first, provide the order number/invoice, the SKU of the product to be returned, and explain the reason for the return in detail. If there is a quality problem, please provide a high-resolution picture or video of the defective item to info@redthermo.com
After receiving the email, we will process your return application and reply to you within 48 hours.
We will send you a return address if your return application is accepted.
Please return the product to the address provided in our email.
After the product is shipped, please send the order number and returned package number information to our email info@redthermo.com so that we can follow up.
Shipping cost
For non-quality issues: The buyer will bear the return shipping cost in this case. The express company you choose should determine the exact fee.
For issues such as quality issues or the wrong product sent by Forest mistake: Once we receive your evidence, we will resend the item or issue a refund to you. Consumers do not need to pay for shipping, and we will bear the shipping costs for returns.
Refund
Once we have received and confirmed your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, The money will be via your original payment method refunded. The money will also be refunded to your account within 1-3 business days.
Exchange
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you, confirm with you the product and shipping address for the final exchange, and process within 1-2 business days.
Note:
No return or exchange will be accepted for more than 30 days.
We will not issue a refund if you return the item to the wrong address or if the product is damaged.
We will not issue any refund for your order if you refuse to receive the package we sent you without contacting us first.

For new coaster replacement requests, Please contact us via email at info@redthermo.com, and send to us your purchase record and shipping address. After we confirm the information, we will arrange to ship for you for free.
